About the Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden is Sweden’s largest chamber of commerce with more than 2800 member companies. We offer our members a range of services including international trade support, networking events, training, business advice and lobbying on behalf of our members.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden is a private knowledge organisation and a unique business network. Our mission is to create the best possible conditions for competition and growth for trade and industry in southern Sweden. Member companies range from small to large, new and established, and represent all industries. But they are united in that they are all active in southern Sweden and in their desire to make the region a better business location. We operate in the regions of Skåne, southern Halland, Blekinge, Kronoberg and Kalmar.

This is achieved through the following:
•     by acting as a representative for trade and industry as a whole through debate and initiatives, and by lobbying for issues that affect the regional environment such as communications & research
•     by offering member companies qualified service for increased competition and corporate development such as business support regarding import and export
•     by acting as an arena for business contacts and skills transfer between companies in southern Sweden and with the companies’ immediate markets
